I am an arts writer, educator, cat person and blogger. In the spring of 2020, I began a daily physical fitness routine in an effort to lower stress and deal with other pervading life issues.
On Artfully Exercising I chart my personal fitness journey and guide you through the fundamental aspects of working out, so that you too can join me along the way! I also write about the intersection of visual art and exercise, and maintaining my mental health through various fitness and wellness routines.
