Very cool parallel. I often match my kit, socks, and hair ties on bike rides. I just like to be colorful and matching is fun!

Thanks for the reminder that I should have mentioned I love a good workout sock!

I've had people comment on some of my fitness videos that seemed more fascinated with my sock designs than my moves!

Dressing up to work out? Not me. Like you said, work out at home and no one (except the wife) is gonna see me.

But when in running outside I try to at least not wear clashing colors. No need to upset anyone.

It’s really cool that she shouts out “I’ll do my best!” Before a lift. I wonder if that’s a training ritual also.

I'm a proponent of the "less is more" attitude. I'm pretty sure people in the large condos adjacent to my house have gotten a peak at me working out on the roof. Oh well!

Clashing can be fun, if you go all out for it. But I agree, it's best not to go too crazy with the color combos. I do find that it's hard to find a subtle running shoe nowadays though...

I'm trying to find more info about Li's training and Hanfu, but there's not a lot out there, which is surprising since she's an international superstar!
