Thank you for this. I care for my 82 year old mom, and literally every medical provider has said that exact thing. I am 53, and I have returned to lifting as part of my routine. Strength training in almost all forms is crucial.

You’ve got me excited about expanding my kettlebell workout. I’m not ready to try to juggle (yet!) but I will revisit the workout from your other post

I'm glad to hear that, Tim! Let me know how it goes. I've got some more kettlebell workouts in the works. I'm specifically going to focus on rotational movements and using the kettlebell to increase overall mind/body function. It can be one of the best tools in our arsenal. I've never attempted juggling, nor do I think I will. I recently got my roof redone and I don't want to have to call the roofers so soon due to a "mishap!"
