Tommy, thank you! I've been pleasantly amazed by my motivation. When I started this whole journey, I never thought it would become such a passionate thing. Having a great playlist really helps!

I’ll admit I haven’t been doing dips. They don’t take long, just gotta start getting them in there! If I were to do them every day barring rest days, what could I expect from that? Other than being super sore for the first week potentially

Dips, push ups and chin ups are the three exercises which I'd actually suggest doing nearly everyday. when I do seven day push/pull bodyweight training, I like to follow a progressive overload format. The number of reps increase each workout, and towards the end of the week I'll usually add some nice resistance using my weighted vest.
