I get grumpy too when I can’t get in the workout I planned.

I hear you, that can really alter your day!

I'm grateful that my background in art education has instilled upon me to embrace ambiguity and be flexible with my planning. I've discovered many similarities between creating a workout plan and a lesson plan. Things often don't go as planned (both prior and during), and I have to make adaptations.

My mental health was so bad yesterday, that I knew any type of workout would do. The one I did instead of the one I planned was much more strenuous and therefore helped alleviate some of my anxiety.
