That’s quite the workout! The one thing I don’t have is a chin-up bar. Since I’m working away from home, and living in a holiday trailer, I’ve got no way to install one either. I would have to get a gym membership just to use one piece of equipment…
If I may piggyback on that comment: Hey Adam, what would you say is a good substitute for chin-ups and pull-ups? An exercise we may perform 1) if we don’t have a bar available, but also 2) if we suck at chin-ups and pull-ups and are looking to get stronger so that we may do more chin-ups and pull-ups.
I'm glad you asked! The lat pulldown using resistance band mimics the pull up movement better than anything else in my opinion. The nice thing about using the band is you can progressively increase its resistance so that you'll develop some technique and power for when you do strict pull ups.
